Identify potential Heroes through companies, trade associations, communities and institutions. Nominations help us hear about people whose work might otherwise go unseen.

Verify

Meet the nominee, verify occupation and references, and arrange workplace and home visits as appropriate. Sensitive information remains private.

Assess

Understand needs, strengths and aspirations. Consider the potential impact and select a practical intervention suited to the person.

Empower

Provide tailored tools, support, training, healthcare or educational assistance, according to the agreed plan and available resources.

Follow up

Stay connected, assess progress and document outcomes. The pilot plans six- and twelve-month reviews to understand what has changed.
