How this website uses information submitted through nominations, partnership enquiries and contact forms.
Information you choose to share
Nomination, partnership and contact forms collect only the details needed to understand and respond to your enquiry.
How the forms work
The website checks your entries and prepares an email draft for you. Your information is sent only when you review the draft and press Send in your email app. This website does not store form submissions in a database.
Permission to nominate
Obtain the nominated person’s permission before sharing his information. Do not include identity numbers, bank details, medical records or information about children.
How information is used
Information you email may be used to review a nomination, carry out offline verification, discuss a partnership or respond to an enquiry. It is not used to enrol you in marketing emails.
Questions or removal
To ask about information you sent, request a correction or request removal, email partnerships@silentheroesempowerment.org.

Hero profiles require separate written permission before publication. The homepage uses representative licensed photography by Ron Lach via Pexels; the pictured person is not presented as a selected Hero or as the founder.
