OUR INAUGURAL PILOT

The First 10.

10 men. 10 stories. 10 opportunities to change a family’s trajectory.

Pilot framework

A focused beginning.
A lasting commitment.

The First 10 is the Foundation’s inaugural pilot: a planned cohort of ten men aged 40–65 drawn from security personnel, plumbers, drivers and artisans.

Each Hero has a different story. Support will be based on verification, personal circumstances, livelihood potential and the resources available.

What support may include

  • Tools, equipment and productive assets.
  • Business training, financial literacy and mentorship.
  • Health screenings and access support.
  • Educational assistance for Heroes’ children.
